Exchange Policy
We offer exchanges within 14 days from the date of purchase.

To be eligible for an exchange:
• The item must be unused, unworn, and in original condition
• All original tags, packaging, and labels must be intact
• The item must pass our quality inspection process
Omrish Couture reserves the right to refuse an exchange if the product does not meet our required standards upon inspection.
No Refund Policy
Please note that we do not offer monetary refunds under any circumstances.
Store Credit (Credit Note
In place of refunds, eligible returns will be issued as a store credit (credit note):
• The credit note can be used toward any future purchase with Omrish Couture
• It will be issued once the returned item has been received and approved after inspection
• The credit note may be subject to a validity period (if applicable)
Made-to-Order Items
All made-to-order or customized pieces are strictly non-refundable and non-exchangeable. These items are crafted specifically for you and therefore cannot be returned under any circumstances.
Conditions for Return Eligibility
To qualify for an exchange or store credit:
• Items must be returned within the 14-day window
• Items must not show any signs of wear, damage, alteration, or use
• All original inclusions must be returned
Non-Returnable Items
The following items are not eligible for exchange or store credit:
• Made-to-order or customized pieces
• Items marked as final sale

Once we receive your item, our team will conduct a thorough quality check. If approved, your exchange or credit note will be processed accordingly.
