Products & Services
All products are subject to availability. We reserve the right to modify or discontinue any product without prior notice. As a luxury brand, slight variations in fabric, color, or detailing may occur and are not considered defects.
Pricing & Payment
All prices are listed in AED (unless otherwise specified) and are subject to change without notice. Full payment is required at the time of purchase. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order in case of pricing errors, suspected fraud, or unauthorized transactions.
Orders & Acceptance
Once an order is placed, you will receive a confirmation. However, acceptance of the order is subject to availability and verification. Omrish Couture reserves the right to cancel or refuse any order at its discretion.
Made-to-Order & Custom Pieces
All made-to-order or customized items are crafted specifically for you. These items are final sale and cannot be cancelled, refunded, or exchanged once the order has been confirmed.
Exchange & Store Credit Policy
We offer exchanges only on ready to wear items within 14 days of purchase, subject to our inspection and approval. Items must be unused, unworn, and returned with all original tags and packaging.
We do not offer monetary refunds. Approved returns may be issued as a store credit (credit note), which can be used for future purchases.
Intellectual Property
All content on our website, including designs, images, logos, and text, is the exclusive property of Omrish Couture and may not be copied, reproduced, or used without written permission.
User Conduct
You agree not to misuse our website or services. Any fraudulent activity, abuse, or violation of applicable laws may result in termination of your access
Limitation of Liability
Omrish Couture shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our products or services. Our liability is limited to the value of the purchased item.
